คุณสมบัติหลัก

1. เครื่องเชื่อมท่อ มีตัวควบคุมอุณหภูมิและแสงให้คงที่ด้วยระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ซึ่งให้อุณหภูมิสูงสุด 220-260 องศาเซลเซียส
2. ใช้ได้กับท่อและข้อต่อPPR PB PE OR PVDF ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 20-63 มิลลิเมตร ด้วยกำลังไฟฟ้า 800 วัตต์
3. Sockets ที่มีการเคลือบ PTFE คุณภาพสูง เพื่อเพิ่มอายุการใช้งานให้ยาวนานและประสิทธิภาพการทำงานให้ดีขึ้น

Qualification

1. electronic constant temperature controller and indicating light. Working temperature 220-260 degree celsius. 
2.   Use for welding pipes and fitting of PPR, PB, PE or PVDF size 20-63 mm.  Working temperature 800W.
3. Sockets with high quality PTFE coating, for longer lifetime and great fusion effect.
4. Reinforced nylon handle. It’s more comfortable.
5. Two kinds removable supporting stand is available at all times.
6. Thickened steel box, it will not broke after ling time used.

เครื่องเชื่อมท่อ PPR รุ่น PW63 สำหรับเชื่อมท่อ PPR/PB/PE/PVDF เป็นการเชื่อมท่อ ด้วยวิธีการหลอมละลายผิวภายนอกของท่อเข้ากับผิวภายในของข้อต่อ แล้วนำมาสวมเข้าหากัน จะทำให้รอยเชื่อมแนบสนิทเป็นเนื้อเดียวกันสามารถทนแรงดันได้สูงและเชื่อมได้ง่ายสะดวกรวดเร็ว สามารถเชื่อมท่อในพื้นที่จำกัด แคบๆ ได้ดี

วิธีใช้งาน/How to use

• จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ต่าง โดย เลือกเตรียมเครื่องมือ  ซ็อกเก็ต ที่เหมาะกับการตัดท่อ เตรียมคัตเตอร์ ปากกาสำหรับทำสัญลักษณ์, เทปวัด และผ้า

• ตัดความยาวท่อด้วยเครื่องตัดท่อพลาสติก

• ทำความสะอาดท่อด้วยแอลกอฮอล์

• วัดความลึกการเชื่อมตามตารางมาตรฐานการเชื่อมและทำเครื่องหมายไว้

• ใส่ท่อและติดตั้งในแนวนอนเข้ากับซ็อกเก็ต เวลาทำความร้อนอ้างอิงไปที่ ตาราง1

• นำท่อที่เชื่อมต่อความร้อนแล้ว มาต่อกันให้เสร็จภายใน 5 วินาที

• Choose suitable machine, sockets, pipe and fitting. Prepare cutter, marking pen, tape measure, a piece of fabric or napkin.

• Cutting the necessary pipe length with the plastic pipe cutter.

• Clearing the fusion surface of pipe with alcohol.

• Measure the fusion depth according the fusion standard table and mark.

• Insert the pipe and fitting horizontally into the socket.  Heating time reference to table1.

• Connect the heated pipe and fitting exactly and adjustment finish in 5s.
